ECBC Technical Issues Covered Bond Comparative Framework Questionnaire
The Technical Issues Working Group of the European Covered Bond Council (ECBC) presents the results of a questionnaire describing the key features of different covered bond frameworks.
The results can be accessed by framework (for example, French Obligations Foncières), by country (all three French frameworks), or through a comparison of up to five different frameworks, then viewed either online or printed out/saved in pdf format, or exported in Excel format. Questionnaire results can also be broken down into eight different chapters, for example, Structure of the Issuer, Cover Assets or Asset-Liability Guidelines.
